Made-To-Order Policy

Production & Availability

Most House of Báhel pieces are currently in stock and ready to ship. Because we produce in small artisan batches, quantities are limited and some items may sell out quickly.

Occasionally, select pieces may be made-to-order or produced in small batches. When this applies, production begins after your order is placed. Standard production time is typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the artisan’s location and batch schedule.

Some items may ship sooner or require additional time based on craftsmanship, materials, or global transit.

Each product page includes item-specific availability notes and estimated timelines.

Fit, Sizing & Free-Size Items

Many of our garments are designed as free-size pieces, intended to fit a range of body types comfortably.

Because of this:

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to fit.

Fit may vary slightly depending on height, proportions, and personal styling preference.
We encourage you to review the measurements listed on each product page, and we are always happy to answer questions before you order.

Handcrafted Variations

Each item is handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are a natural part of the artisanal process. These characteristics are not considered defects—they are part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.

Shipping Process & Policy

Our shipping process takes place in two stages:

  1. Artisan → Atlanta, GA
    Once your item is finished, it is shipped to our Atlanta hub for quality review and processing.

  2. Atlanta → You
    After processing, your order is shipped from Atlanta to your final destination.

You will receive tracking information once your package leaves the Atlanta facility.
Delivery time from Atlanta varies by region, carrier, and service level.

  • International shipments may experience additional customs or import processing times.
